We do NOT operate external servers to store, process, or track your personal information, natal charts, inputs, or calculations.

All astronomical calculations, database queries, and custom configurations are performed locally, directly on your physical device.

No Personal Data Collection: The Apps do not collect, harvest, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

Location Data Handling (For Apps requiring geolocation, e.g., The Heirloom Clock / Crux Parans Pro / AstroShield OS / LUNIS ):

To calculate precise planetary hours, astronomical events, or local latitude/longitude coordinates, the Apps may utilize your device's geographical coordinates.

This location access is processed strictly locally and in real-time on your physical device.

We do NOT store, log, transmit, or share your location data with any external servers or third parties.

Local Data Only: Any astrological birth data, user configurations, or settings you enter remain securely stored solely within your device's local sandbox, local storage, or private cloud container (if enabled by you).

4. Financial and Transaction Data

All financial transactions, subscription processing, or premium feature provisioning are handled securely and directly by official platform providers (such as Apple App Store In-App Purchases, Google Play, or decentralized Solana blockchain networks via connected wallet applications like Phantom).

We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card numbers, billing addresses, banking information, or private wallet keys.

5. Third-Party Services

The Apps do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or external tracking cookies that track your behavior across other apps or websites.
